Background

Christina Boydston joined Loyola Law Library in January 2023 as a Reference Librarian. She provides research and reference assistance to law faculty and students and teaches first-year legal research.

Before joining Loyola, Christina practiced law for 19 years in Nebraska, with a primary focus on disability law and juvenile law. Christina’s extensive legal experience brings a practical perspective to her teaching.

Christina received her B.A. in Art from Ripon College, her J.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law, and her Master’s in Library and Information Science from the University of Missouri at Columbia.

She is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL) and the Southern California Association of Law Libraries (SCALL).
