Michael Leahy ’78 and Roxanne Wilson ’80 were at Loyola Law School at the same time, but they didn't meet until they had built their reputations as formidable litigators. Their shared Law School experience was just the start of a bond that would carry them through 29+ years of marriage.
Roxanne and Michael's deep appreciation for the legal education that launched their careers compelled them to support LLS. Annual gifts from the couple date back to 1981, displaying a loyalty to their alma mater that stands the test of time.
In celebration of their 40th LLS reunions, the couple decided to fund an endowed scholarship. By including Loyola in their estate plans, Michael and Roxanne ensured that a Loyola education will be accessible to deserving students in perpetuity. The Leahy/Wilson Scholarship will forever embody the generosity and desire to help others for which they've been known.
