Plan an Event
The initial step to hosting your event on the LLS campus is to submit an inquiry via our request form. Additionally, you can call our office at 213.736.1187 to speak to an Information and Support Services staff member.
All events are subject to university approval. The following required information will be requested:
- Description and website of your organization
- Event purpose
- Detailed event agenda
We would be happy to set up a scheduled walkthrough of our campus.
Event Considerations
Please review the following information when considering our location for your event:
- Parking is $12 per vehicle. We offer validation tickets that can be pre-ordered and billed to your organization directly.
- You will be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance. We can direct you to a company that issues one-day certificates if needed.
- The use of technology is available and included in our room rates during regular business hours. However, you will need to set up a walk through with our technology team to go over equipment. Technology equipment beyond the existing room equipment and support beyond regular business hours are available for additional charges.
- Directional signage is available for $25 per sign.
- We require outside organizations to use our on-campus caterer, Sodexo, for their food and beverage needs. Sodexo’s catering manager, Ester Winn, is happy to assist with menu selections. Feel free to contact her for a quote at soniasmanager@lls.edu or 213.736.1133.
