Core Requirements
The requirements for the International Business Law Specialization were developed by an advisory group of practitioners and academics, both alumni and friends of Loyola with the intent of preparing graduates to be exposed to the legal doctrines and skills necessary to be effective attorneys.
The LLM degree requires 24 total units of credit. The International Business Law Specialization will be recognized upon the satisfactory completion of 16 units of coursework. This includes 4 units of required courses and 12 units of electives.
