Biography:
Salman Al Saud is a doctoral student from Saudi Arabia. He currently works as an Administrator with the University of Dammam in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Salman was a mediation and legal intern for the Royal Consulate General of Saudi Arabia in Los Angeles, CA. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University and a Masters of Law (LLM) from Southwestern Law School.
Dissertation:
Mr. Al Saud’s dissertation analyzes Saudi Arabia’s Advanced Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods. More specifically the regulations, frameworks, and processes that is associated with practice of mediation. He hopes to gain a better understanding of the benefits and implications of the current ADR process, taking into account the more globalized approach under the Saudi Vision of 2030.
