Background
A John Norton Pomeroy Scholar at NYU, Daniel Lazaroff was a staff member of the NYU Law Review. After graduation, he practiced with the law firm of Kaye, Scholer, Fierman, Hays & Handler in New York City. In 1978, he joined the faculty of the University of Detroit, Mercy School of Law, where he taught for five years. Lazaroff, who has written extensively in the area of antitrust and sports law, joined the Loyola faculty in 1983. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the Sports Lawyers Association.
