Loyola Law School, Los Angeles' Tax LL.M. program is a nationally ranked, Top 10 program according to US News and World Report. Unlike other programs, the Tax LL.M. does not subsidize the Juris Doctor program. This allows the Tax LL.M. program to be extremely selective, offer smaller classes and ensure the highest quality instruction from some of the top tax faculty in the United States. The program offers extensive experiential learning ranging from an IRS Small Cases Clinic, Taxpayer Appeals Assistance Clinic, a Nonprofit Tax and Transactions Clinic and externships at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, United States Attorney Tax Division, California Attorney General Business and Tax Division, California State Board of Equalization, Office of the California State Controller, the United States Bankruptcy Courts and many others. It is available in both on campus and online.
