On March 9, 2021, Nicoline Cu (JD 2021), one of the students of the International Human Rights Center, presented to the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights a civil society parallel report to the third report by the People’s Republic of China on the Implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. The report was jointly prepared by the IHRC and the International Campaign for Tibet. It focuses on focuses on the economic, social and cultural rights of Tibetans, including representation in governmental bodies, right to culture, and specifically the use of Tibetan language, and right of religion.
