The International Human Rights Center published in July 2020 The Manual on International Human Rights Protection for People Living with HIV/AIDS. The manual was prepared by the International Human Rights Center at LMU Loyola Law School in Los Angeles to assist people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA), their families and communities – and the organizations and advocates assisting them – identify their internationally sanctioned human rights, as well as the global and regional mechanisms for legally asserting them. It also includes an up-to-date (2019) overview of the relevant global and regional jurisprudence.
