Prof. Levenson discusses Supreme Court challenge to Maryland's DNA-collection law
Professor Laurie Levenson discussed on KPCC-FM's Take Two the Supreme Court's hearing of Maryland v. King, a case testing whether the Fourth Amendment allows a state to collect and analyze the DNA of those charged with serious crimes. California is one of 28 states with similar laws on the books.
