Study Rooms

Reserve a Library Group Study Room:

1. By completing the online reservation form
2. By e-mail
3. By phone: 213.736.1117
4. In person at the Circulation Desk

To reserve a group study room, please submit the following information:

1. Full name of all group members.  Please note that some rooms require at least three students. 
2. Study Room number
3. Day(s) and Time(s) of reservation.  Please note that rooms can be reserved for a maximum of four hours per day.

Small rooms (Minimum of two students required)

• R218, R220, R221, R222, R223, R224, R225, R226, R227, R228, R229, R230, R241 [Rains 2nd floor]
• R206 [Computer Lab]
• C203, C205 [Casassa 2nd floor]
• C303 [Casassa 3rd Floor]

Large rooms (Minimum of three students required)

• R5, R14 [Rains Basement]
• C204 [Casassa 2nd floor]
• C302 [Casassa 3rd Floor]
• C404, C405 [Casassa 4th floor]

After submitting your request, please check the room calendar to verify your reservation. We will make every effort to post your reservation within one hour (during library hours). You can make reservations up to two weeks in advance.
