The Symplicity Career Services Management (CSM) system is a web-based, one-stop shop for job listings, on-campus interview (OCI) registration, and other career development services.
Graduates may access the Loyola Law School Symplicity system at:
Symplicity is utilized by several institutions and each system is unique to the individual organization. Those who have previously used Symplicity at a different school (including Loyola Marymount University main campus) or as part of an event (e.g. UCLA Public Interest Career Day, the Loyola University of Chicago Patent Program) should note that each system has a different web address and requires a log-in specific to that institution. Also, files uploaded onto one cannot be accessed from another.
Symplicity student accounts will remain active for all Loyola graduates. By default, a Symplicity username is based on a student's LLS email address. The Law School will deactivate LLS student email accounts within 12 to 18 months of graduation. This will not disrupt a graduate's ability to log into Symplicity. However, any system-related messages (e.g. password resets) will be sent to that address. The Office of Career Services recommends that graduates email firstname.lastname@example.org with their preferred new address/username.
Graduates who are new to the Loyola Law School Symplicity system may follow the instructions below to register for an account:
- Direct your web browser to https://law-lls-csm.symplicity.com/students/.
- Click the "Register" button.
- Complete the registration form and click "Submit".
- A verification notice will be sent to the email address you provided. Click the link in that message to confirm.
- Once your registration has been reviewed by our office, we will send you a confirmation email.
