ETHICAL ISSUES IN PATENT PROCUREMENT, LICENSING AND LITIGATION (2½ HOURS OF ETHICS CREDIT)
All attorneys face ethical issues, sometimes difficult ones, in the daily practice of law. Patent attorneys – prosecutors, litigators and in-house counsel – face many of the same issues and other unique and potentially troubling ones. This Event will cover many of the more difficult issues which can affect the client’s rights and/or the attorney’s right to continue to practice law.
