   After completing the questionnaire, please deliver it and a resume to Patrice Corpus at Patrice.Corpus@lls.edu or drop off your application and resume at The Center located at 800 S. Figueroa Street Ste 1140, Los Angeles, CA 90017. Once your questionnaire is received, you will be contacted for an interview.
