Q. What are the eligibility requirements?
A. Loyola's Summer Abroad programs are open to students who have completed one year of full or part-time law study and are in good standing.

Q. When do I apply?
A. Students should apply as soon as possible to be considered for their program of choice. Please refer to the summer abroad web page for application deadlines.

Q. How do I apply?
A. You must complete and submit the Summer Abroad application with the signature and deposit form and tuition deposit.  Apply Now! 

Q. When will I know if I have been accepted?
A. Admission will be on first-come-first served basis, provided students meet eligibility criteria.  This process generally takes anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.

Q. How much is tuition?
A. Tuition is $700 per unit plus additional program fees. For more information regarding the cost of Summer Abroad visit the Financial Aid website. 

Q. Do you offer financial aid?
A. Yes, we offer financial aid. Student loan eligibility is based on the number of units indicated on the 2013 Summer Application for Financial Aid. For more information regarding Financial Aid and Summer Abroad visit the Financial Aid website.

Q. Do you offer tuition scholarships & internship stipends?
A. 2013 scholarship opportunities are to be determined.

Q. Do I need to apply for a visa?
A. Varies by program. Please see individual country pages for more details. 

Q. Can a non-LLS student go on an LLS program?
A. Yes. Any student enrolled at an ABA accredited law school may apply to an LLS program. However, due to limited space for each program, priority will be given to LLS students.

Q. How do I pay for the program?
A. If you are going on an LLS-organized program, Student Accounts will mail you a billing statement with amount owed.  You can submit payment by check or money order to:
